When you make a booking and return your registration form, your place on our training workshop is confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Payment is due on return of your registration form and should be received prior to the workshop. However, we know that, at times, invoices take some time to process and we don’t enforce the ‘payment prior’ request.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you can send someone in your place or transfer over to our next workshop date but we cannot give you a refund.
If due to exceptional circumstances, outwith our control, we have to cancel a workshop then we do offer a full refund or a transfer of your booking to another date.
